These terms govern the relationship between UniTrade Group Limited (“UniTrade”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Registration No. 78405604), and clients who use this website or engage us for sourcing and related services.
1. Scope
UniTrade is a trading and sourcing company. We connect clients with verified manufacturers and suppliers across Asia and the EU for performance apparel, fitness and outdoor gear, sports technology and recovery products, and coordinate quality control, supply-chain advisory and athlete-support partnerships around the goods and services we source. Information on this website is provided for general business purposes and does not constitute medical, legal or financial advice.
2. Proposals and Orders
- Proposals and quotations issued by UniTrade are valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed by a written agreement or pro-forma invoice. Payment against the invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Prices may be adjusted before confirmation due to exchange-rate fluctuation, supplier pricing or stock availability.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer in HKD, USD or EUR to the account stated on the invoice. For first orders with new clients we may require full or partial payment in advance. For ongoing clients, payment terms (e.g. Net 14, Net 30) may be agreed in writing.
4. Delivery and Risk
- Delivery terms are agreed per order and stated on the invoice using Incoterms 2020. We coordinate freight, inspection and shipping documentation where agreed.
- Risk in the goods passes to the client in accordance with the agreed Incoterm, or otherwise on receipt.
5. Quality and Warranty
Goods are supplied against the specification and inspection terms agreed for each order, together with any applicable manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, modification or force majeure. Quality claims must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt, by email to our contact address.
6. Third-party Partners
Where we introduce wellness, rehabilitation or medical-specialist partners, those partners provide their services directly to the client under their own terms and professional responsibility. UniTrade is not a healthcare provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, UniTrade’s liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. UniTrade is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, brand identity, logo, layout) is owned by or licensed to UniTrade. You may quote short excerpts for reference or editorial purposes with clear attribution.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date an order is accepted.
